	Susan Strouse has been a professional REALTOR® since 1997 specializing in the sales and marketing of homes throughout Santa Cruz County. She comes to real estate from a successful career as a business owner, giving her clients the benefit of a strong business sense unavailable with many other Realtors. Susan not only understands the importance of attention to detail, excellent customer service and quality communication but also of strong management, strong administration and high principles. These qualities combine with Susan's excellent market knowledge and industry understanding to help her create successful transactions time and time again. Susan holds both a B.S. and a M.A. degree in Education and Science from Adelphi University in New York.

	Pat Stalions joined Susan Strouse and the Strouse Realty Group, at American Dream Realty ; Scotts Valley, CA. in 2004. Before becoming a real estate agent, Pat owned a national food brokerage company, which specialized in sales, quality and customer service. Bringing these assets to the real estate business, has been an added value for all of her clients. One of her greatest pleasures is working with so many wonderful and different people. Born in Chicago, Pat has resided in California most of her life.. She has two grown sons and four grandchildren who live in the area.
Pat Stalions
Kit Wilson	Transaction coordinator and IT specialist. B.A., M.S., Computer Science, University of California. Kit has lived in the Boulder Creek area for almost 20 years. She moved here to go back to school, and got hooked on the area. When asked, she will say, “How can I leave paradise?” In addition to her other duties, Kit has designed several local websites.
